Camera Ready Guidelines
Follow these guidelines carefully to ensure your paper meets all IEEE requirements for publication
In the camera-ready version, you must include the authors' names, full affiliations, and email addresses. Do not use titles such as Prof., Dr., Mr., or Ms. with the authors' names. The final camera-ready version must not exceed 6 pages , including all figures, tables, and references. The template is available at the following link: Conference Template Link.
Please ensure that all reviewers' comments are addressed in the camera-ready version of your paper. The comments can be found in your ECCT 2026 MyProConf Author Portal.
You must ensure that in the camera-ready version of the paper the overall similarity index is less than 25% (including bibliography) and a single source similarity index is less than 4%. Authors must follow this guideline strictly. Otherwise, the paper may not be considered for publication at IEEE Xplore.
You must include the following information on the first page of your paper (already included in the ECCT conference template):
- Header (left-justified):

IEEE PDF eXpress Instructions
Create a PDF using IEEE PDF eXpress:
- Create an Account / Log In:
- First-time users: Select "New Users - Click Here" at https://ieee-pdf-express.org, enter Conference ID: 66474X, your email address, and a password.
- Existing users: Log in and enter Conference ID: 66474X.
- Upload and Validate Your Paper:
- Option 1: Upload a PDF - Upload your PDF to check if it is IEEE Xplore-compatible. If errors are found, you will receive a report and need to fix them before re-uploading.
- Option 2: Upload Source File - Upload Word (.doc/.docx) or LaTeX files (ZIP with .tex, .cls, .bib, etc.). PDF eXpress will generate an IEEE-compliant PDF for you.
- Download the Certified PDF: After a successful check/conversion, download the final IEEE-compliant PDF. This is the only version accepted as your final camera-ready paper for submission.
- Submit Confirmation: Attach a screenshot of the IEEE PDF eXpress confirmation email as a PDF named PaperID_IEEE PDF eXpress Check.pdf (e.g., 701_IEEE PDF eXpress Check.pdf).
An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.
Submission Instructions
Combine the following files into a single .zip file named PaperID.zip (e.g., 701.zip):
- PDF version of your camera-ready paper from IEEE PDF eXpress, named PaperID_Camera ready.pdf (e.g., 701_Camera ready.pdf).
- Camera-ready source file in .docx or LaTeX format (for LaTeX, combine all files in a single .zip named PaperID_Source File.zip).
- Proof of IEEE PDF eXpress Check in PDF format (e.g., 701_IEEE PDF eXpress Check.pdf).
Upload the PaperID.zip file via the ECCT 2025 Author Portal under the Camera-Ready Submission option (corresponding author only).
Copyright Submission
Submit the copyright form via the Author Portal:
- Click on Copyright Submission.
- Download the E-Copyright Form, complete all procedures, sign, and submit it.
Co-Author Policy
IEEE strictly prohibits adding new co-authors after paper acceptance. Violations may result in:
- Paper rejection.
- Ban from future IEEE conference submissions.
- Escalation to other IEEE conferences and journals.
In rare cases (e.g., unintentionally omitted co-authors), the corresponding author must immediately email the Conference Chair for special permission.
Thank you for your efforts! We look forward to welcoming you at ECCT 2026 in Dhaka, Bangladesh!
